To use the wound application, the first step is for you or your employer to join the research and sign the necessary documentation.

You will then receive a login to the system. This is only for the first time you start the application. You will be logged in automatically later.

When using the application, you need to inform the patient and have him or her sign the consent form to be part of the research.

If the patient has agreed to participate in the research, photographs of the wound must first be taken within the application. When this is done, other patient and wound data should be recorded in the questionnaire. At the end of the recording, the data is encrypted and uploaded to the server by the application.
